Set up in December 1994, Xi'an Seastar Modern Drinks Co., Ltd. is located in the Xi'an Economic and Technological Development Zone with an area of 23,000 square meters. At present, the Company owns 12 soft packaging drinks production lines and a PET bottle production line, and the annual production capacity is 0.18 million tons, which is the biggest soft drinks production base in northwestern China.
Xi'an Seastar Modern Drinks Co., Ltd. is an advanced enterprise in carrying out the Food Hygiene Law appraised by Ministry of Health. In June 1997 the series of "Rong" brand drinks was appraised as "national famous foodstuff product" by China Foodstuff Industry Association. The series of "Rong" brand drinks was awarded with the honorary titles of "Famous product" of Xi'an city and Shaanxi Province successively. In October 1997, the market share of "Rong" brand series juice ranks the first in juice drinks brand market given by the Information Investigation Center of CCTV and News Center of People's Daily through the residents' consumables investigation in the 32 middle and large-sized cities in China. In March 2003, Xi'an Seastar Modern Drinks Co., Ltd. passed the ISO9001：2000 International Quality Management System attestation.
The Company imported the aseptic filling production lines of paper aluminum compound package from TETRA PAK of Sweden and PKL of Germany respectively, which the process and filling technology reached the international advanced level.
The Company owns a group of talents engaging in specialized technique research and production development and market analysis of food industry, having continuous research and development technical ability. At present, the products of Xi'an Seastar Modern Beverage Co., Ltd. are as follows: juice, tea drinks, pure water, ChouJiu (a rice wine with low alcohol) and dairy products 5 big series and nearly 30 kinds. The juice drink embraces all serial products from 10% to 100% juice content. The Company has set up its own pollution-free OEM processing base manufacturing full series dairy products including yogurt, Juice yogurt, Bailibao pure milk, etc. and the market share is expanding gradually. The "Rong" brand is on its expanding road from regional brand Seastar Modern Drinks Co., Ltd. to the national brand. The dealers of "Rong" products are in almost every part of China.
With its largest soft drink processing ability in northwest China and advanced technical level, the Company has become an OEM partner of domestic and international dairy large-scaled enterprises such as Coca-Cola, Yili Group, MengNiu Dairy, and Beijing Huabang, which improved the scale production capacity of the company in an all-round way, and created the win-win management mode of sales and production in "Rong" brand juice professional drinks manufacturer and specialized drinks processing center.
Relying on the resources advantages as a big apple-producing province of Shaanxi, the Company is planning to construct a cool beating production base with an annual capacity of 60,000 tons of fresh apples, representing international juice development orientation. Making use of the modern technique of fresh peeling and core-removing of fresh fruits, low temperature, cold chain processing and cold potting craft, it can conserve nutritional composition of the fruit juice such as primary pulp and cellulose etc to the maximal extent. After the project is accomplished, the annual production capacity of the company will be over 0.3 million tons. And the production capacity and technique of the Company will be upgraded to a completely new level and at the same time, it will promote the scaled development of local fruit industry chain.
